Orders placed for Priority Mail Express before 1PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following business day.

Please note, no changes can be made to the shipping address after the order has been placed.

Your order may be delivered by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by a US courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by USPS so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

 

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. You may calculate the shipping cost when you view Your Cart page or at checkout. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) if you need a different size/color of an item. 

Exchange shipping fees are to be paid by you (sorry!). Exchanges are processed as a new order, so we will first refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise (minus the shipping fees) and charge you for the new order (you will have to pay for shipping fees one more time as well).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage. All original tags must be attached, footwear and iPhone cases must be in its original box, and swimwear must have the hygiene liners attached.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bracelets, rings, earrings, ear cuffs, and all sale items.

Once we've received your return, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we'll email you to let you know your order has been refunded.

Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to show in your bank account.

 

U.S. Hassle-Free Returns

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, however, the refund to your original payment method will be processed free of charge.
